Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, product unavailability, or suspected resale or commercial use.
4.2 Order Confirmation
A binding contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation email.
4.3 Pricing
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

We may limit quantities per person, household, or order.

5.1 Payment Methods

5.2 Payment Processing
Payment is due at purchase. All transactions are processed securely by third‑party payment partners. We do not store full payment card details.
5.3 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, calculated at checkout. International customers are also responsible for any duties, VAT, or customs fees applicable in their country.
5.4 Sales Tax
All U.S. orders are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes. These taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Sales tax is a legal requirement and is collected on behalf of state tax authorities. Sales tax amounts will appear on your order summary before payment is completed.
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping times are estimates only. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6.2 Risk of Loss
Title and risk transfer to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. All shipments are insured for their full value. Claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
6.3 Signature Requirement
All shipments require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery.
6.4 Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. An $18 address correction fee applies to any modification required by the carrier after an order is submitted. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, missed signature attempts, or failure to pick up the package from a carrier location, you are responsible for all return‑to‑sender charges and a $65 reshipment fee to resend the order. Reshipment resulting from an error on our part is provided at no additional cost.
6.5 Address Verification
Please verify your shipping address carefully. Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be modified once submitted.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
7.1 Return Policy
Returns are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Defective‑on‑Arrival (DOA) Items
Items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or with a visible manufacturing defect qualify for our 30‑Day Defective‑on‑Arrival Return Window. DOA items are not subject to restocking fees and must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
7.3 Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Approved change‑of‑mind returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
7.4 No Warranty
ADAM MEROË does not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. All jewelry is sold as‑is, except for issues covered under our 30‑Day Defective‑on‑Arrival Return Window.

8.1 Ownership
All website content — including images, text, graphics, logos, product designs, and the overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of ADAM MEROË.

14.4 No Class Actions
All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against ADAM MEROË. Any claim must be brought solely in your individual capacity.
