At ADAM MEROË, the safety, integrity, and longevity of your jewelry are essential to the Maison experience. Each piece is prepared and delivered with care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

1. SAFE HANDLING & PACKAGING

Every creation is prepared using secure, protective packaging designed to prevent scratches, dents, or pressure damage, shield delicate components during transit, and maintain the condition of the piece from our Maison to your home. All items are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident packaging to ensure authenticity and safety.

2. SAFE DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

All shipments require an adult signature (18+). Clients should inspect their jewelry immediately upon delivery.

3. PRODUCT CONDITION UPON ARRIVAL

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a visible manufacturing defect, it may qualify as a Defective-on-Arrival (DOA) item. DOA items must be reported within the 30-day return window, must remain unworn and in original packaging, are not subject to restocking fees, and require clear photos of the jewelry and packaging for verification.

4. SAFE USE GUIDELINES

To preserve the integrity of your jewelry, avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents. Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or showering. Store pieces separately to prevent scratches. Avoid bending, pulling, or applying pressure to delicate components. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.

5. SAFETY LIMITATIONS

Jewelry showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery is not eligible for return. Items altered, resized, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return. ADAM MEROË does not offer repairs, replacements, or warranties. All jewelry is sold as-is, except for issues covered under our 30-Day DOA Window.

6. ALLERGIC REACTIONS & PHYSICAL INJURY DISCLAIMER

ADAM MEROË is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, discomfort, or physical injury resulting from the wearing or misuse of our jewelry. Individual sensitivities to metals, alloys, or finishes vary. Clients with known metal sensitivities or skin conditions should consult a medical professional before purchase. By purchasing from ADAM MEROË, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any adverse physical reactions.

7. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & QUALITY STANDARDS

Each ADAM MEROË piece is crafted using materials that meet our internal standards for safety and quality. Every item is inspected prior to shipment to ensure proper assembly, secure stone settings, accurate metal composition, and clean finishing and polishing.
