Human Rights & Supply Chain Transparency

Last Updated: February 11, 2026

At ADAM MEROË, true luxury is inseparable from integrity. A piece of jewelry carries the story of its creation — a story that must honor the people, communities, and environments connected to it. We are committed to ensuring that every element of our sourcing reflects respect, responsibility, and ethical practice.

OUR COMMITMENT

We uphold the highest standards of human rights and ethical labor practices across our sourcing network. We condemn all forms of forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and unsafe or exploitative working conditions.

All partners and ateliers must comply with applicable laws and internationally recognized standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

ETHICAL SOURCING: DIAMONDS & PRECIOUS METALS

Lab-Grown Diamonds (CVD Process)
Our lab-grown diamonds are created using advanced CVD technology. They are physically, chemically, and optically identical to natural diamonds. This option reduces the environmental and social impacts associated with traditional mining. All lab-grown diamonds are independently certified for quality and authenticity.

Natural Diamonds
Our natural diamonds are sourced exclusively from suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. Beyond compliance, we prioritize partners who demonstrate ethical mining practices, fair labor standards, and environmental stewardship.

Gold
Our 14K and 10K gold — in White, Yellow, Rose, and two-tone — is sourced from ethical refiners who follow the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for responsible mineral supply chains.

STANDARDS FOR OUR PARTNERS & ATELIERS

Every partner in our network must uphold the following principles: no forced or child labor, safe working conditions, fair wages and working hours, non-discrimination, freedom of association, and environmental responsibility.

OUR DUE DILIGENCE PROCESS

We verify the integrity of our sourcing network through source vetting and careful selection of ethical partners, contractual requirements with explicit adherence to our standards, ongoing dialogue to encourage transparency, and the right to audit compliance when necessary.

TRACEABILITY

Global supply chains are complex, but we strive for clarity. We prioritize partners who provide transparency into their own sourcing practices and remain committed to deepening visibility across every link of our chain.

REPORTING A CONCERN

If you have concerns regarding any social, ethical, or human rights issue within our sourcing network, please contact us. All reports are reviewed thoroughly and confidentially.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Our commitment to human rights and supply chain transparency is ongoing. As we grow, we will continue to refine our standards, strengthen relationships with trusted partners, enhance traceability, and expand our ethical initiatives.
