Shipping Policy

At ADAM MEROË, every order is prepared and dispatched with the same care and precision applied to each piece. The following guidelines govern the shipment of all orders placed through adammeroe.com.

1. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

ADAM MEROË ships to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. All orders are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

All orders ship at a flat rate of $65.00 — United States, Canada, and European Union.

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, reshipment fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, and missed signature attempts. International customers are also responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

3. SALES TAX

All U.S. orders are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes, calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address provided. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees determined by the destination country’s customs office.

4. ORDER PREPARATION

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The following timeframes represent the total estimated time from order placement to delivery at your door, including order processing and transit.

Gold & Silver Jewelry: 4–7 business days (U.S.).
Diamond Jewelry: 8–12 business days (U.S.).
Canada and European Union: delivery timeframes may vary based on carrier and customs processing.

All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking and signature confirmation are included with every order. If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, the order will be cancelled.

6. CARRIERS & ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

ADAM MEROË ships via UPS and USPS for U.S. orders, and via UPS for Canada and EU orders. A complete and accurate address is required — including street, city, state or province, postal code, and apartment or suite number where applicable. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders require a physical street address. An adult signature (18+) is required upon delivery.

7. ADDRESS CORRECTION — $18 FEE

If the carrier must correct or modify the shipping address, an $18 address correction fee will be charged. ADAM MEROË is not responsible for merchandise lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

8. RESHIPMENT OF RETURNED PACKAGES — $65 FEE

If merchandise is returned to ADAM MEROË due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a missing apartment or suite number, refusal of delivery, missed signature attempts, or failure to pick up from a carrier location, a $65 reshipment fee will apply. Reshipment resulting from an error on our part is provided at no additional cost.

9. ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order has shipped.

10. INSURANCE

You are responsible for the item until it is received by ADAM MEROË. We strongly recommend insuring your package for the full purchase amount, using a carrier that provides tracking, and requiring a signature upon delivery.

11. REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS

ADAM MEROË does not offer repairs or replacements.
