These Conditions of Sale govern all purchase transactions made through the ADAM MEROË website (adammeroe.com). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

1. PRICING

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. ADAM MEROË reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order placement.

2. ORDER PLACEMENT & CONFIRMATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from ADAM MEROË. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AT CHECKOUT

All orders are processed immediately upon placement. It is the client’s sole responsibility to verify that all information entered at checkout — including shipping address, contact details, and selected items — is accurate and complete before submitting.

Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made. ADAM MEROË is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the client at checkout, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses or item selections. Orders will be fulfilled exactly as submitted.

4. PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

5. TITLE & RISK OF LOSS

Title to and risk of loss for purchased items passes to the client upon delivery to the shipping carrier. ADAM MEROË is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after the item has been tendered to the carrier, except where insurance coverage applies.

6. TAXES

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees determined by the destination country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the client and are not collected by ADAM MEROË at checkout.

7. CANCELLATIONS

Because all orders are processed immediately upon placement, cancellations cannot be accommodated once an order is confirmed. All sales are final upon order confirmation.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

9. WARRANTY

ADAM MEROË provides a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or modifications made after purchase.

ADAM MEROË does not offer repairs or replacements. If a manufacturing defect is identified within the 30-day window, the client must initiate a Defective-on-Arrival return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. All legal actions must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. By placing an order, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
