Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. All diamonds in our collection are IGI certified and accompanied by their certificate.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. We support responsible sourcing and adhere to the Kimberley Process.

What diamond cuts are available?
Round, Princess, Emerald, Radiant, Oval, and Cushion — each selected for its architectural balance and brilliance.

What metals do you offer?
Our pieces are crafted in 14k and 10k gold alloys — available in white, yellow, rose, and two-tone combinations. Each piece is finished with rhodium polish and stamped with its purity mark.

Are diamond weights exact?
In compliance with FTC regulations, diamond weights are disclosed as ranges. Specific details are listed on each product page.

SIZING & FIT

What if I ordered the wrong ring size?
Each ring product page includes a Ring Size Guide. We recommend consulting it before placing your order. Return shipping for incorrect sizes is the responsibility of the client. ADAM MEROË does not accept responsibility for sizing errors made at the time of purchase.

PACKAGING

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. All ADAM MEROË pieces are presented in our signature luxury packaging.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

When will my order arrive?
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch: Gold and silver jewelry: 4–7 business days. Diamond jewelry: 8–12 business days. All orders include tracking and signature confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ADAM MEROË ships to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. All orders ship at a flat rate of $65.00. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. A 40% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Defective-on-arrival items are accepted with no restocking fee.

What does your warranty cover?
ADAM MEROË provides a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. It does not cover wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Do you offer repairs or replacements?
No. ADAM MEROË does not offer repairs or replacements.
